Ephemera - a piece of transitory printed
matter that was not originally intended to be retained or preserved,
but has become collectible.
When you hand
someone a business card or mail a thank you note, you certainly don't
expect the recipient to keep this small bit of paper forever. And
yet, when so much thought and care has been put into it...they just
might!
